Terms of Service

By accessing AI Acquisition Platform, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully so you understand your rights and responsibilities.

Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Acquisition Platform, including the website, member application, training, community, support, and related tools. By creating an account, signing in, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and that the organization accepts these Terms.

Accounts, eligibility, and organizations

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details. Access is granted to an organization through a product agreement. A user belongs to an organization through a membership and the role assigned there. Organization admins can invite, remove, and manage members. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or where we detect fraud, abuse, or a security risk.

What the platform provides

AI Acquisition Platform is a member program and software workspace. It includes guided training, lesson materials, community, support, consultancy tools, and related software used to learn and apply the AI Acquisition system. Features available to you depend on the active product agreement for your organization.

Results depend on your market, offer, follow-up, budget, and execution. We do not guarantee clients, revenue, or any other business outcome.

Billing, purchases, and access

Purchases and membership billing are processed by Whop or another stated payment provider. We do not store full payment card details. Fees, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the offer you bought and the provider checkout terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Access lasts for the term in your organization's product agreement. We may change prices or included features for future purchases after notice.

AI features and model providers

Some features send your prompts, messages, and permitted context to model providers through OpenRouter. AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, or unsafe. You must evaluate it and you assume the risk of relying on it. AI output is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

Gmail integration

If you connect a Gmail account, you authorize us to access the Google scopes you approve so we can read mail and send email from that account on your behalf. We strictly comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use. Gmail data is used solely for the disclosed outreach features. It is never used for advertising, market research, or any undisclosed purpose.

Depending on your configuration, this may include reading message bodies and metadata related to your outreach, composing and sending emails or replies when you instruct us or enable automations, and syncing relevant thread context in the product. Your email content is not reviewed by humans except for support with your explicit consent. You must have authority to grant these permissions for the mailbox you connect. You can revoke access at any time in the product or in your Google account settings. Revocation may disable related features.

Automated email sending

When enabled, the platform can draft outreach and send emails you approve or authorize under configured automations, using your connected Gmail account. You are responsible for the recipients, content, timing, and legality of that outreach. You must review templates and guardrails, comply with applicable laws such as CAN-SPAM and ePrivacy where they apply, and honor opt-outs. We are not liable for misdirected messages or other outreach outcomes.

Limited Use commitment

We commit to using data obtained through Google APIs, including Gmail data, in accordance with Google's Limited Use requirements. This means: (1) we only use access to read, write, modify, or control Gmail message bodies, metadata, headers, and settings to provide user-facing features prominently described in our interface and marketing; (2) we do not transfer this data to others unless necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice; (3) we do not use this data for serving advertisements; (4) we do not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific purposes, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is aggregated and anonymized.

Third-party services

The program may point you to third-party products such as Acquisity, Google, email providers, calendaring tools, or advertising platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their acts, outages, pricing, or data handling. You must keep any required third-party accounts in good standing.

Your content and license to us

You retain ownership of content you submit, including community posts, messages, uploads, and support requests. You grant us and our processors a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service and to comply with law. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content.

Our intellectual property

The service, curriculum, lesson videos, scripts, templates, software, logos, and brand assets are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials for your own business while your organization has access. You may not copy, resell, publicly republish, or share paid materials outside your organization.

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Violate laws or the rights of others.
  • Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Reverse engineer the service or abuse rate limits.
  • Harass others or post unlawful, harmful, or misleading content in community or messages.
  • Share your login or resell access.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  • Use Gmail or other email integrations for spam, unlawful direct marketing, or harassment. You must comply with applicable outreach and privacy laws, including CAN-SPAM and ePrivacy where they apply.
  • Interfere with the service or other members.

Community and support

Community spaces and support channels are for members applying the program. We may remove content, restrict posting, or close access when needed to keep those spaces safe and useful. Private conversations may be reviewed by staff when required for support, safety, or abuse investigation.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, repeated abuse, non-payment, chargebacks, or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity, will survive.

Storage

We store uploads using S3-compatible object storage and generate signed URLs for secure upload and download. You should keep your own copies of important files. We are not responsible for loss or corruption of your content except to the extent required by law.

Warranty disclaimer

Except to the extent prohibited by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for all claims in the aggregate will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

No liability for user conduct and content

You are responsible for your content, your use of the service, emails sent through a connected Gmail account or automations, and how you apply training or AI output. We do not control or vet all member content and are not responsible for claims arising from your content, your interactions with third parties, or results you get in the market.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

Changes to the service and terms

We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice, for example in the product or by email. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be competent courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Contact and effective date

Questions about these Terms or your account can be sent to support@aiacquisition.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. These Terms are effective as of August 18, 2026.
